Found a shop soiled Voodoo Zobop 20 inch frame at the right price, it is newer model the colour is brighter in real life
Removed the bottom bracket and the Tsdz2 slides in ok , the problem is the anti rotation device on the rear of the motor
Time to make a bracket to fit on the side mounts started with the 33mm hole saw and a piece of mild steel as a mock up to see if it works
 the frame is different to the older model so my templates are no good , rain and darkness  stop play
Yes i noticed the rear shock has been fitted upside down but it still passed the safety check:(

I have noticed that some people solve this problem by rotating the motor clockwise until the motor stops on the frame and then fit without a bracket. Since the motor rotates in that direction this makes an effective stop. No idea if it would work with your bike but might we worth a look

Done after a test ride a bit more to shave off the battery case under full compression:oops:
250watt;) simple/ basic conversion ,no added frills with min added weight :pIMG_20190822_185001520.jpgIMG_20190822_185008700.jpgIMG_20190822_180737492.jpg

Looks great Peter,
Can the battery move up the frame a touch to give clearance by the shock. I guess not or you would have done it already.

No not if I still want to be able to remove it
Both the the front and rear of the battery case have had a close encounter with the angle grinder to reshape it  waiting for some soft plastic to arrive to reshape the case used gorilla tape for the test ride :)
