towbar mounted bike carrier

Looking for a reasonable priced rack for our 2 Aggatu's. Any advice as already have a Thule on rear caravan.

Thule Europower 916, not cheap, not a lightweight, but carries two ebikes securely. Max weight 25kg per bike.

I have the Thule 916 and it states the max load is 60 Kg, it is a great piece of kit, but expensive.

The Wilco one looks like a bargain, but I haven't seen one
