Does anyone know where they can be purchased reasonably? All those on ebay seem to come from the States.

Thanks

Yup, Cyclezee provides good deal for the torque arms. I purchased a pair from them :)

The one that fits onto the spindle is 4.2mm thick and is a good fit for the profile of a 14mm spindle- most are 12mm. The 2nd arm is thinner at 2mm thick.
There are other places that sell the torque arms but I'd suggest that the best are at ebikes.ca and the cyclezee ones (I've tried 5 different ones). I use one at each side made up from the cyclezee spindle half together with the 2nd half from a different set- they're thicker and longer than the cyclezee parts.
There are torque arms for a 12mm spindle rather than the larger and less common 14mm spindle.

The Cyclezee torque arms are incredibly good, and just as happy fitted on a front fork, as on a rear dropout.

Yes you are right. Does not help that the pictures are different showing both hand and machine cut parts.

Also the picture of it fitted with a stock wheel does not help really either.
