Thanks for the help guys. I understand and I know that I won't be throttling for 15 miles but on a leisure ride in the city id like to be able to cruise on the bike throttle only you know to enjoy the views etc

your first mistake is to suggest that all £1500.00+ bikes come with Bosch... so the first area that brands in this price point compete on is the drive system. Bosch is one of the options, but only one, and its by no means the best system for everyone.

When I read Trex's post, it says "most" not "all". Did something change?

even if it was true that most eBikes come with Bosch... its not true that eBikes over £1500.00 are only compete on style.

Just spoke to cyclocity they have a new version of the stealth which suits me perfectly. The new one incorporates a 15ah battery insyead of the one they have now, however they arent sure of thr pricing so far, they recon it will cost 999 which personally I think is daylight robbery lol 200 extra for a battery? Im not sure if they are sticking to the 999 I was quoted yet but woosh offer an upgrade from the 10 to the 15ah for 100 extra only. Any thoughts?

I have never understood why cyclotricity put the motor in the front when the battery is in the middle front. The weight distribution is not good.
