Man run over and stabbed in Gloucester

A man who was stabbed and run over in Gloucester is taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

I saw a comment on Philippines cycling vid that claimed bus drivers in Mindanao (South Island of ph) were instructed to reverse over anyone they ran over coz it was cheaper to pay for a funeral and compensate the family than get sued by the person they hit! But that could just be anecdotal hearsay, hehe
