Hi , wondering if anyone can help. My tongsheng tsdz2 48v 750w suddenly decided it wouldn't turn on anymore. Looking up the issue, a few suggestions pointed at the controller so i ordered a new one from eco cycles. Once connected , I tried turning it all on. This time the xh-18 turned on but it now won't register any battery voltage. It just flashes 1 red bar even though the battery is full. Nothing will work at all. I've gone back through all the connections twice and even took apart the lcd screen and tested voltage there. It had 52v. I ordered a new lcd just in case but the same problem is happening. Anyone have any ideas? Is this still a controller issue? Thanks

Is the motor on stock firmware? I believe OSF allows the display bar thresholds on the screen to be changed and indeed the battery voltage. This isn't going to happen by accident though.

Also, eco cycles (assume you mean the one in the us) sell modified motors and controllers with different wiring to work with the bafang displays and custom firmware. Are you using a stock tsdz2 controller with a stock display?

I've no particular idea behind the problem but given that fitting a new controller inside the motor isn't a straight forward task and that the fault symptoms now are different to the original one, it seems less likely that the new controller is faulty but more likely a fault has been introduced during the repair work.

Hi. Eco cycles supplied my with a 48v controller with their own firmware. The rest is all what came in the box.
