Would anyone be able to supply me with a detailed parts diagram of a Tonaro gearbox drive unit please?

Hi Atheo,

Here is an 'exploded' view, I'm not sure if it is much good.

What do you need?

You could check with the UK Tonaro agent Powerpedals to see if they have any other information, but I've only ever found what John shows above. Generally speaking the better crank drive units have had no spares backup, depending almost entirely on their inherent long term reliability, though bearings are often generic.

Its an open bearing 4mm wide that supports the drive sprocket housing next to the Sprag clutch bearing. It is sandwiched between the gearbox cheek plate and the clutch bearing.A very fragile bearing. Its difficult to describe to Phil at Powerpedals what the part is in an email.

Hi all I'm new here and have one of these bikes. The bottom bracket axel has sheared off and needing to remove the damaged part. Can anyone shed some light on how to do this please? Also where would i get the spares from?
