My answer is one that you build yourself But then I'm a building enthusiast and would never buy any ready-built bike.

My vote goes to the Tonaro range that combine throttle with chain drive.Soon to be joined,possibly,with the Woosh chain drives and the Kudos Ibex if they fit a throttle.

The only Specialized ebike is the Turbo, but it's not clear when it goes on sale or if it will be in the UK.
