I think it has a pair of rear wheels, so four in all. Either way, sadly it can't have a motor added unless registered, overweight if a trike and added motor not permitted on a quad.

Probably just as well its not in Australia, as I would have to buy it drool,drool, I have always loved Mochet velocars.
This is the kind of transport they should encourage with electric assist of course, it could replace a car for a lot of trips.
And at least where I live there are no limitations to the description of a pedal cycle so e-assist no woirries.
