I thought in theory that off road means that you can go CRAZY and as fast as you can, but this rider does the opposite. Who on here can justify that type of riding at the end of the video? You must be a magician to convince me

What will always puzzle me is that on the internet, you can choose to be who you want and what you want, and you can post whatever videos you want. So why do so many people choose to be stupid, and then publish video proof of the fact that they're stupid?

That rider, assuming he is not now dead or worse still maiming or killing others, is the very reason why we have a 21 kph restriction. It's idiots like him who have brought about a regulation that to some seems inflexible and somewhat restrictive. It's not a matter of if, but when, this muppet causes a major accident.

I was cycling in India earlier this year and was passed by 5 people all sitting on a motorbike - OK, 3 were children, but it was quite a sight. I caught it on my bike cam, just to prove I didn't imagine it.
