I'd like a bike which transforms into a tent, but I'd be inclined to wear a jawguarded helmet riding the one cued below, else you'd lose teeth bumping into the hoop when the bike bumped into something. I like the height of the sleeping platform, less likely to get infected with tick borne lyme disease. Cycling with that hoop and too much stuff hanging off, doesn't look ideal for visibility - perhaps a hinge for it to form a half crescent would improve matters? Flip up and lock for tent mode...
