just read that team hybrid are going to start selling opti bike in uk and europe this bike seems to be a top class bike if a little expesive for most people only minus point for me is battery is in frame therfore cant be taken indoors for charging

With the cheapest model retailing at $5,495 in the US it's going to be pretty expensive, even with a favourable exchange rate. Also with the lowest powered model having a continous motor rating of 400W, 28mph no brake cut-outs and no pedelec mode it's also going to need considerable modification to make it legal here, either that or full motor vehicle type approval like the Swizzbee 50C.

It's a brave step and I wish them luck, but with enforcement of full EU requirements likely and still more legislation on it's way from Brusells importing something so far removed from EU requirements would seem a risky venture.
