Hi, after a serious bout of COVID I have decided that losing weight and getting fit is not only a good idea but a necessity. In my long distant past I was a reasonable cyclist mainly competing in 10 mile time trials. I am thinking that i would like to get back into bike riding but more off road/non traffic routes so I am looking forward to doing my research on this forum and hope you will support me with answers to some of my stupid questions!
