Out of interest, what do you lose by going for 27.5? If I got these instead of the 29 would it be easier to do jumps and control the bike more? Just FYI I can’t even do a proper wheelie yetyeah
i run 27.5+ 2.8" tyres mainly for grip

Nothing you would notice as a general cyclistOut of interest, what do you lose by going for 27.5? If I got these instead of the 29 would it be easier to do jumps and control the bike more? Just FYI I can’t even do a proper wheelie yet

a 27.5+ will give you near enough the same circumference as a 29x2.3"
so roll over say roots is meant to be slightly better on a 29er but a 27.5 wheel is stronger its swings and roundabouts
My 29er is on 27.5 plus wheels theres not a lot in it in reality and disregarding the hype .
