I have just bought the NCX seatpost and it seem it made no difference until I realised I goofed up, I had it fitted back to front

Now with it correctly fitted I find it is fine, but going over small potholes I still feel through my backside the juddering caused. Is this normal?

Adjust it by unscrewing, or tightening the spring fitted inside the post. Take it out, turn it upside down and you'll see the plus and minus signs to do that. :)

Test until you're happy with it.

By the way, you haven't got it upside down as well have you? :D

I'm looking at the Suntour NCX seat post, I'm 78kg so would the Medium be the best spring for me?.

Cheers all.

I had no option with the spring, it came listed between 60 to 100kg?.

I've set it so there's 10mm sag on the "piston" with my weight on it so see how it goes. (6 1/2 turns out from fully in).
