I bought my KT controllers from PSW power:-
The waterproof Julet plug versions have a 3-pin plug for rear and brake lights. I have soldered them to aftermarket lights and they work well - the brake light works with the brake lever cut-outs and the rear light comes on when the display backlight is switched on. There is a useful wiring diagram with the listing. I'm unsure if the block connector versions also have a light function, but an email to PSW should confirm.
I have a 15A 6 mosfet powering my Yosepower 250w. motor and a 20A 6 mosfet with my Yosepower 350w. motor. Both run cool on max amps with PAS 5 on some quite steep and long hills. I'm very impressed with them.

The 6 mosfets KT's will run cooler on ascent's if one can keep the riding speed up.
It all depends on one's cadence application, with me my cadence is too low so they got too hot.

I haven'r read of many people who bought PSWPower's KT kits on this forum (or perhaps I wasn't looking), so thanks for doing posting about your positive experience - at that price I've sometimes been tempted to buy the kit and a motor for another bike. I'm sure I can ask PSWPower, but how many magnets are there on the PAS disc? Which KT LCD version is supplied?

It looks like the display in the kit is LCD5, but they sell others separately. I just bought the controllers and got an LCD3 and the new KT-TF01 from Topbikekit - mainly because their KT displays have a longer waterproof connector cable than from others - which suits my handlebars better.
I also bought a 4-in1 cable from Topbikekit as their 2-pin brake connectors fitted some brake levers I already had.
To my surprise I discovered that a Yosepower 4in1 cable and 3-pin brake levers worked OK with either PSW-supplied KT controller on my other bike.
My PAS sensors are both Yosepower 12 magnet- one with separate disc and one with integrated sensor. Both worked OK when I sorted out the settings.

I used to order from PSWPower a lot. Many of us did for a while. They're pretty good. Now everybody tends to go with Yose because they're cheap, quick and good customer service. If only their kits had KT controllers!

They did once then they went to Lishui, my Yose kit several years ago was KT, I still use the LCD3 with Yose etching.

Hi again. I am at a loss there are so many controllers out ther my brain is struggling. I just need a new controller and display that I can get to work on my sudoo/soodoo. I do appreciate all your help and advise. Some are only avaliable from abroad. I would prefer to buy from UK if possible but if not a reputable supplier overseas. KT looks good but which model and controller. I would like to buy together so i know they will work. Thanks

Many, including myself, have used Topbikekit.
Here is the 9 mosfet controller referred to earlier in the thread.

It has the block connectors as recommended. It is sine wave so will give smooth operation. You can pair it with the display of your choice. For instance this one seems to be a popular choice

It would probably be best to get pas, throttle and brake switches at the same time.

There are choices that you have to make. We don't know what you want. They all work the same, but are different sizes, they give different amounts of power and have different connector options and types.

If you're happy with the power from your OEM one, this one gives the same power. It's half the size of the one above, which probably won't fit in your box, so if you get the bigger one, you'll have to buy a bigger box. Bear in mind that the connectors have to fit in the box too, so you need space about 1.5 times the size of the controller. Tick the 36v/48v one, not 24v/36v.:

T06S 36V/48V 250W-350W 15A KT Sine Wave Controller with Julet WP Plug [T06S WP Controller] - $28.00 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce

The controller above is of a similar size to your exsisting controller and uses the water resistant push in connectors.
1.Display . From the drop down boxes one will need to select a Lcd. Lcd 3 or Lcd 5 are popular.
At the top of the page select the Meter heading so one can look at the various Lcd's offered.
2. 9 pins. One will need to select a 9 pins cable so measure the length none requires that will reach from the controller to the motor cable connetor.
3.Brake. Not really needed with KT but if one wants brake then select whethe rones needs hydraulic sensor or normal cable sensor.
4.Cable . Select a 1-4 cable length that will reach the handle bars form the controller. This cable is for connecting items from the controller , Lcd, brakes and speed control device (if needed) .
1-2 cable is for use without brake sensor.
5. Throttle. Select one if one wnats one.
6. PAS. Ideally a 8 magnet pas is better or the 10 magnet one but I don't think your bike will support the 10 pas model , we need to see a pic of the RHS Bottom Bracket and behind the chain rings to see which is best.

The controller linked to in #30 is the same one but with differing connectors (non water resistant), one simply has to select the items form the drop down boxes on that page link for everything to be plug and play.
