Even more so now. Latest is that the Queen's speech to open parliament next Monday has now to be delayed.

The reason is that the speech has to be written on goatskin parchment and it takes a week to write it on that. You couldn't make it up!

There's not enough time now since there's no speech drafted. The palace did have drafts ready for Conservative or Labour outright victory, but nothing suitable for Conservative with DUP, who are now to meet to prepare a speech.
