I have never heard of this company before. £200 + £8.99 a month doesn't seem worth it for my £909 BBS01B ebike conversion.

You can save a lot of the £200 if you buy and fit your own tracker, they only have 4 locations to do it for you all they're all down sarf?

£8.99 is worth a punt however I'm sceptical that they will have any agents in Glasgow.

My GPS tracker light doesn't have bluetooth, not accurate enough probably. I'd rather pay myself to break a tresspass law and retrieve it.

The don't operate in my area which surprises me: London, Glasgow, Manchester, arse end of nowhere...

Come to think of it the cell phone coverage is incredibly patchy around here as well, can't imagine a GPS tracker being a fat lot of use.

It's all a bit Hot Fuzz around here, in fact hot fuzz was filmed in my closest 'city'.

I do like the idea though, although it's a shame it requires paying so much money. Certainly not worth it for my tin donkey.

No self-respecting thief is going to steal my bike, I mainly need to guard against the opportunist who can't be arsed to walk home from the pub and a bike lock defeats them.

My GPS tracker light uses GPS and A-GPS; transmits position via SMS containing a Google Maps link. In low signal areas, it can use satellite positioning, but can't add cell tower position data to increase accuracy, and it can't of course send SMSs in those areas. A device like @StuartsProjects 's with a GPS module added would be better, for use in areas where cellular coverage is spotty:
