I've got a copy of openoffice somewhere, not the latest version, but I'll check it on that once I've dug it out :) thanks Miles.

Yes Miles, works perfectly on the latest OpenOffice2. This is what I always use, so thanks for this. :)

Shouldn't have a problem in OpenOffice 1 either, since the changes were mainly in the word processor and adding a database.

I discovered that once you have uploaded a spreadsheet to EditGrid, you can then download it again in any of 10 different file formats...:)

Very nifty! :) I think my copy is OpenOffice 1, so I'll let you know Miles :).

EDIT: I can't find my copy so sadly I can't test it, but flecc said it should be ok and anyone still using ver1 & wants to use this spreadsheet can check it & post back if necessary :).
