My oxygen go displays 20.5 km which I believe is 5 km less than it should be, is 20.5 correct?

Pedal assist stops at 20.5 I thought it should be 25.5?

The first thing to check is that the displayed speed is correct (eg a phone app as has been said) then check that the wheel size setting in the controller is correct for your bike.

Use a gps to see how correct the display reading is.

Also only settings that can be changed are miles/km all others fixed.
