Hello, I have recently ordered my Wisper bike and was wondering if anyone else has recently purchased one ? If so, did you receive any notification from them as to when your bike was dispatched and a tracking number ?
My partner ordered his at the end of June and has received his, but we had no tracking details and on his account it is still showing as processing.
We was lucky we was at home when the DX lorry turned up as I am sure he would have been most disappointed if he had missed it.
His is a great bike hence why I have now ordered one. I understand in this current situation things are taking longer, but more concerned I may miss my delivery and also going on holiday in 10 days time.

Your purchase contract is with whoever you bought the bike from - either the local bike shop, national retailer, or Whisper direct. You need to speak with whoever you paid your money to to establish what their delivery method/process is, and whether/how you will be advised in advance.
