Smarta Electric bike -Battery connection box faulty

I bought a second hand Smarta electric folding bike, but the connector is faulty, and have been advised to buy a replacement box. I have looked on EBay but no joy.
I need the battery to be portable as I live on the second floor with no access to electricity from where I am!
If anyone can advise on my next move it would be greatly appreciated.
