Once again Powabyke will be out and about with the new models, this time in Devon.

Wednesday 10th Sept from 1pm to 7pm I will be at Braking Wind, 2 Park Road, Dawlish, Devon, EX7 9LQ for anyone wishing to come along and try a Powabyke up the hills of Devon!!

I hope to see a few of you there!

Hi All,

Just to confirm Powabyke will be exhibiting at the Cycle 2008 Show at Earls Court from Thursday 9th October to Sunday 12th October. The Thursday is a trade day, but the other three days are for the public. If anyone is about please come and find us on Stand A1. Will are exhibiting with Raleigh UK.

We had a great day yesterday, meeting David Henshaw from A to B who loved our new products, the Wisper Bond 16 gear folding bike, Our new pannier set and handle bar bag and the tent trailers! Pete Musthill the world famous Tour de Presteign (billed as "like the Tour de France without the performance enhanging medications")organiser also visited although he was a little worse for wear after a very good night out!



Rachel Atherton the world champion down hill racer "borrowed" a Wisper 805 folder and he great fun racing from two security guards around Earls Court, unfortunately this was one race Rachel lost!



You are welcome on any of our bikes at any time Rachel! (she was lovely!)

The trail Rat will be in the UK in the new year, it a 16kg trailer with tent and a single wheel. It retails at £415 and is wonderful!

That Wisper Bond 16 gear folding e-bike looks very interesting David, by implication having some high top gears for a change on a small wheeler.

e-bike show in Bath?

Hi Frank,
I just had a thought. I reckon someone ( perhaps Powabyke- no pressure) should organise an e-bike show/demo weekend in Queen's square or Victoria Park, Bath. It's right on your doorstep and there are plenty of people with disposable income to be attracted from all over. You guys are a major manufacturer in the e-biking world and it would be great to show off both the bikes and Bath with companies from all over coming to exhibit.. What do you reckon?

Powabyke will be doing a demo day in conjunction with a local dealer in Woking on Saturday 22nd November at Goldsworth Primary School, Bridge Barn Lane, Woking GU21 6NL. Test rides will be available on the day including the NEW XBykes!!

Hi Tom, it would be a great idea to do this. Queens Square would not be a suitable venue due to poor demonstration areas however Victoria Park could be an option. I will put the "feelers" out with the local council and check logistics etc to see if this is an option. I will keep all posted in the new year.
