that chain doesn't look happy on that front sprocket
that was the dual sprocket kit but now have a sram front sprocket 18t.

with a 12spd chain you cant pull it of if you tried ;) less noise and less wear.

Now your talking.. I want one! How do you cope with the weight which is supposed to be 31kg with both batteries on board..
There's no doubt it's heavy, however thanks to the Bosch power unit coupled with the Rohloff hub the weight factor seems to disappear. The only problem (minor) the weight has caused me is loading it onto my tow-bar carrier. The bike is very well constructed and balanced and rides like a dream. Having two batteries takes away any range worries.

Howgills.jpg IMG_20180126_103715.jpg Currently not riding due to a car "hit and run", left me with a new metal elbow!
Cannot wait to get out again, but probably another 2months yet.

Looks a bit like the Oxygen frame so could be a generic frame.
You're right about the generic frame, I've seen a host of bikes that look very similar but have slightly varying specs and paint jobs.
I chose this one because although I know very little about e-bikes I knew there were a few features that I wanted and this bike has them all, and at less than £1k to boot.
The 'deleted member' also compared it to the Oxygen saying that the Edgebike is a cheap Chinese imitation, I care not , I luv it !

how many miles are you getting on those conversion kits??

i've got a Titanium road bike the i'm looking at adding one to next summer
Swizzbee is oem s-ped from 2006 so not a conversion but a nice bike when it's in full swing. A bit nosiy due to mid drive mounted brushed motor (behind seat post).
It has it's own special thread and needs a bit of TLC every now and then.

BBS is ok done about 2700 miles but on it's second controller. Currently just removed it from the Cube and in process of installing on a Kona HT with Alfine 8.

Bafang CST was in the Boardman is v.good 4500+ miles, I have serviced it fresh grease and new bearings but nothing major. It is now in the rear of the Norco my commute/errand town bike.

Boardman now has Yose hub installed with 17a 36/48v controller in my view an excellent underrated hub at 48v. Bags of poke at 48v esp in pas5, circa 1k miles on it.

I have a Bafang front BPM, 2200 miles currently not in use and also a Q128C 700 miles also not currently in use.

GSM with internal controller (BBS clone) and I didn't get on well first one failed after 250 miles and second one had issues after only 70 miles got warm and kept cutting out.

Though still hankering for a GSM without controller and coupling it with a KT 17a dual volt controller and 48v. But may a while off yet.
