I have a 2023 Gazelle pedelec with belt drive to a Nexus 5 hub. It's done about 1500 miles and has recently started acting up when changing gear. Sometimes when I change up, all that happens is that the shifter moves to the next highest gear indication, but the hub doesn't change gear. Sometimes it resolves itself if I change back down a gear or two then back up, other times I have to do that several times until it decides to play ball.
When it does this, it feels like the hub should be pulling the cable tight as I shift to the next higher gear but nothing's happening. Like the cable's stuck somehow? Anybody know what's going on and how I cure it please?
