It is a cargo bike which is quite interesting. I think you could probably carry 50 kilos of lithium batteries and a generator and still have room for a couple of children! And a robot nanny of course.

Am I mixing it up with a bakfiets?

They mentioned using it to drop food and medical supplies in a war zone, i.e a humanitarian role.
There are already numerous more sophisticated ways to deliver munitions to enemy targets in war zones.

Yeah right, eco-friendly war zone transport... As if it mattered that it was an e-bike. "We have reduced CO2 emmissions by 18% in our war zones by the use of self driving e-bikes". Lovely, saving the planet one war at a time...
