What product do you recommend?when it is out put some grease inside the frame so it wont get stuck again
yes,if you have a carbon seat tube and frame you need carbon grip lube to install it so it will not move i doubt the op has either nor do you pmslCarbon assembly paste is recommended for seat tubes.
It is grease with granules in so it helps grip and also prevents seizing.
Ordinary grease will do the latter but might cause problems with the former.

I put the seat in, and now it doesn't even want to come out. I was using a suspension seat before. It's a Wisper 806 torque. Does anyone know how I can get it to come out?
