Though they look similar in style they aren't the same looking at both.
The ebay one should fit the bike but one will have to fit the battery plate/holder fitting in place of your current one.
Best to show pics of you bike and the area behind the seat post.

You should be ok buying that battery and fitting it as I mentioned they come with the new fitting rail and base so if not a 100% match one simply swaps out the parts, it's not guaranteed the design remains 100% the same after 8 years or so.
We had someone last year who had the same I think with Freego's and they bought the silverfish and fitted the fitting kit and all worked well. All one has to check is the battery polarity is correct when fitting the base plate.

It was flynn who had a 10yo freego and he had no problem with the advice.
Both of his threads, he was going to sell the bike as spares/repairs but the bike condition looked so good it was a no brainer to fit a new silver fish.

I think he was pleased with the outcome.

bought a Yose Silver Fish 36V15AH, and charged it up. Not fitted it yet, but when I connect charger again it will charge for about 1/2 hour even though it has not been used. My other batteries, when the charger turned green, it stayed green. Should I be worried?

The cells may not have been balanced, it is possible they may have discharged a bit so were able to accept some more charge. With out knowing the voltages before and after it is pure guessing that this is what has occurred.
Before one does connect the battery make sure polarity is correct first.

I have just bought a Yose silver fish 36v15Ah battery that fits either of my two old Oxygen emate bikes and have been really impressed with it, especially as it cost only £165 delivered.

Mine came with a fitting kit and a charger. Good value I thought, ridiculously so compared to my Haibike Yamaha!
