Hi
Can anyone help?

I have been charging my Sakura S305 shopper bike and although the charger is indicating that the batter is full (green light showing), the battery is completely flat!

Does anyone have any idea what is the problem?

Thanks
BeckyH

The charger light can turn green if there's no electrical connection between the charger and battery. Check the connections and if the battery has a fuse, check it is OK. If all looks OK and the charger is outputting the correct volts then there's something wrong internal to the battery or BMS

Alternatively the battery may be fully charged but the connection onto the bike could be playing up, so try unplugging and replugging the battery into the bike a couple of times.

is it a lead acid battery (serial number starts with B36) or lithium battery (serial number starts LI).. how old is the battery, sakura lithium batteries have a limited 2 year warrantee
