This is atypical of the Ryanair business model and also happens to be the tory way. If it isn't legally criminal, it is certainly morally criminal and thoroughly reprehensible.

Fully accepted, . We were as a family very concerned for them, anyway they flew back to London and I didn't and will not ask what it cost in money terms.
