All the geared motors are much the same, but weight makes a difference on inclines, so get a small one. Why do you want a front motor and not a back one, which is always better?Hi, im looking to buy conversion kit for front wheel uk legal. I want to have lowest possible resistance when pedaling with motor off. What is the best kit for it ?
This is a topic on which Vfr400 can give good advice. . A powered front wheel is the simplest electric power option , but it does come with limitations. .. We turn the front wheel .. sounds obvious , but that means it is often out of line with the direction of travel .. which is a recipe for skidding, particularly as the weight of the bike and person is on the back wheel. A 100watt motor will certainly last twice the duration , but the assistance is very limited. ..thank you for reply
mainly because it do not make me to change anything in chainset like cassete and I do not need much power, i think that 100-150w on inclines will do to save battery. I want to go further. Does it make any sense ?
