Replacing lcd display

my display has suddenly stopped working. It occasionally turns on and then blinks, then dies.
My bike is the oxygen eMate mtb13h

Was wondering where to get replacements from or if it's possible to replace with another make of display.
Ideally would like to replace with a removable display.

I'll email them ask if you they sell it as it appears part of a kit.
But to go back to my part of original question. Is it possible to replace with any display? its the easy style connection wires on the c600 so wouldn't any display work?

I also have an Oxygen E-mate, but the ST version which has a different computer.
