Can anyone please tell me the size of a replacement saddle post and the size of a replacement handlebar stem. I'm new to elec biking and have bought a second hand PowaCycle Windsor.
Thanks folks.

You have to measure them get the correct size.
Seat post will have the size usually on it, you have to remove it to find it lower down.
There are so many sizes 25.4mm. 27.2mm, 28.6mm, 30.8mm, 31.6mm.

I measure things like that with a piece of card. Cut a square slot in the edge to use as a gauge. At first make it too small, then snip a bit off one side a bit at a time until its a sliding fit over the seat-pin, steerer tube or whatever, then measure with a ruler. You don't need to be too accurate because you're only trying to find which of the known sizes it is.

Can't you just measure them?

Hi Baz, they have been battered and bodged by the previous owner it's hard to get a true measurement with a tape. I have now solved the problem as I'm picking up a micrometer today so I can get a true reading before wasting my money on parts that are incorrect. Cheers.

Calipers made of metal or plastic are really cheap nowadays, and are up to the job of measuring such items.
Even electronic ones are remarkably cheap too:-
