replacement clutch for DWG22

Hi,

Since several years I own a self-built pedelec that has, as I found out after opening, a 500W48V DWG22 motor from Shengyi. The reason for opening the motor was that the roller clutch (connected to the planetary gears) tends to slip and therefore needs replacement.

I was under the assumption that I could find an replacement easily, but I cannot find an clutch/gear-assembly that is equal to the one I have: clutch diameter/thickness: 88,4/8,6mm, gear diameter/thickness/# teeth 51,2/11,7mm with 40teeth. I've check aliexpress, amazon, etc...

Can someone here help me out?

I had trouble with the clutch in my bafang swx02 but these are easy to come by and I bought a new one. Another member soaked his in something to free up the rollers and cured his. Its on the forum somewhere. good luck...........

bafang clutch

For those who wonder what`s inside the Bafang hub motor clutch. I have just replaced my misbehaving clutch and although having seen a similar photos on the Webb I thought I`d share mine. Couldn't resist opening it up. I had all the same problems as another member...
