Replacement battery for mobile phone minefield

Trying to find a decent mobile phone replacement battery, is worse than trying to find a decent electric bike battery lol.

Can anyone recommend a reputable company that manufactures third party batteries. The phone is a Nokia N8.

Don't really trust any that are on eBay.

I buy mine through Amazon

Phone ones came from NYC and were as cheap as dirt but being for my sons it was going to be a yearly replacement anyway so brand name battery was out of question.

Thanks for the reply anotherkiwi, although Amazon can be a bit dodgy too.

The original battery has done me proud, reaching something like 5 years. I'm happy to pay top dollar for another battery that will live up to the expectations of the first one.

Anyone know of an established company who are manufacturing decent third party batteries for mobiles?

Hi Bud,

Firstly buy from amazon as you have a great customer service to fall back upon. Second, check anker, ive bought loads of their batteries, chargers etc, and cant fault them.

Thanks for reminding me about Anker. I bought a laptop battery from them a long time ago, which turned out to be pretty good.

Will check to see if they do a mobile battery
