Ordered the battery on Sunday and settled in for the long wait. However, it turned up today (Tuesday) a whole 48hours later.
Colour me impressed.
The rack looks substantial and the battery is part charged at 36.5v. There's 6 terminals but only the outside two are carrying voltage.
I'll be getting at it tommorrow as my van's off the road - again:mad:

Job done and tidied up. Just got a Pashley bell and a seat post strobe rear light to come, then it can be delivered.
There's a compartment, at the front of the battery housing, for the controller. It has a pair of screws to secure the lid, but they could bite the wiring if things move around.

So I left them out and relied on the plastic clips.

The rear light is neat, however it has it's own batteries and is a bit of an arse to get out to change them.

Spiral wrap keeps things neat and tidy and the triangle bag houses the extra cable length without any cutting and soldering.
The shrink wrap on the lower forks does a double duty of covering paint chips and keeping the motor wires in place.

All in all a bit of an odd one. It's become a hybrid framed, upright cruiser with, sort of, Dutch bars!
