Although the real challenge is "how to die with regret" (in the Kurz Heart of darkness sense). A bit like 'guilt without sex' rather than 'sex without guilt'. How's the slow running, weight loss? I've managed to eliminate snacking and feel a lot better after a few days.
There's no past when you're dead. It takes me a couple of weeks to determine whether changes to diet work to reduce weight and quantify, if consistent. All I ate yesterday was a big bar of Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate, a tale of two halves.
Of the latter, I really liked Guardians of the Galaxy Part 3 (watch for free https://soap2day-1.com/). I'm a fan of comic books and Marvel movies. Guardians of the galaxy is one of the most comedic, although the last part is a bit sad. a good movie for an evening with the family. Kids will love it.
