The noise just starts randomly one day. It wasnt there when it was new, it started at around 70 miles. Not sure what changed, everything was fine until it starts to make that horrible noise. I have been riding it daily for almost a week plus since the noise started and its still there. I noticed that there might be a slightly more vibration when riding but might be just placebo. The screws are in spiggot , so it won't be them that's causing the problem. if only you guys would give us information in the first place, it would save a lot of time and effort. What about answering the other questions I asked.
Undo the two brake caliper screws and lift off the caliper. See if the noise goes away. Also check that the disc screw heads aren't touching anything.

my colleague forwarded me your message and video regarding your recently purchased Kommoda. It would appear there's an imbalance in the motor that is causing vibration, giving the noise and movement you're experiencing. This could be a small fix or may require a complete motor. I can send you out the relevant parts if you feel confident making the repairs (or have a mechanic locally who you trust), or we can look to getting the wheel back here so I can fix it myself. Let me know how you'd prefer to resolve this.
