If it's like mine with the small front sprocket it's easy and inexpensive to change to a bigger one which for the same speed will move the chain on to the bigger cogs.
I have just done the reverse.. I never used the top two gears with an 18 up front so changed to 15 and now I do.

Bosh! Full seven..... on another note just changed the front pads for vented ones! Old pads had about 1mm left think I'm going to look for some saints or zee calipers.......I was hoping stock pads were metallic pads but were resin so I replaced the resin ones for again resin......I said to the wife to email haibike and try to get some products to test, like in destruction test as I've done so many miles and faced lots of problems hopefully Ill get a quality response. So far my troubles are as follows after 2 thousend miles!
Pedal stripped it's thread
Pedal core snapped
2 casette changes
1 chain change
New crank arm
New rear wheel which cracked around the whole circumstance.

Anyway now the motor feels like it has a slight pulse to its movement!
Apart from the obvious it's been a reliable fantastic dream to ride....

id not bother as that dhp is way to heavy at 25kg my bike is just over 20kg and struggle to slow it down and hard on the brake pads.

you want a light DH bike so you can flick and hop it around on and off line and the dhp at 25kg its just way to heavy for that.

No Im not hoping to break my bike! The reality I've come to accept is that I'd really like to look cool and i know that I'm never going to be some superstar downhill biker, i just live in a dream that I can be better than I am........ my bike commutes me to work and back and on the most part pushes me through trails and downhill tracks..... I ride roughly 48 miles a day given the weather is OK..... yeah it's crossed my mind to get a lightweight downhill bike but I'm 38 in a couple of weeks and wish I was braver not to hurt myself.....

Anyway apart from my little problems I've faced, before I had this bike I was around 20 stone give or take and to this day I'm 17.6lbs, ive not really changed my diet. I've really enjoyed the time I've spent riding and I've never felt healthier... At work is like a ebike frenzy because of what I've started..... so yeah I'm here for advice so I can pass it on to others!
