Had my Raleigh Motus for 10 weeks now and have just done 1000 km.
Very pleased with it so far.
Has anyone else had one and if so what are your experiences?

Hi Ned, I've just spotted this and thought I'd respond, even if you don't see it for a while. I got my Motus in July having developed a problem with my eyesight and so wasn't able to drive. It's been very reliable and a proper workhorse; I live up a HUGE hill and I can get home quite easily on it - I still have to do some work but it definitely does the lion's share of the work. It's fun to ride but quite 'soft' - not a bit like my Trek MTB or Giant road bike. I load it up with panniers and off I go. I commute by riding to the station, getting a train into the city and then cycling to the office. It's heavy for lugging about and I'm under 5' tall so I've found that a bit of a pain; so I'm thinking of trading it in next year and going for one of the 26" ones.........I didn't buy one originally because they only came in pink.
When charged, it has nothing like the advertised range - but that's not caused any difficulty for me. All in all, I like it a lot and I'm enjoying this new way of getting about, even if it isn't something I wouldn't have considered without being forced to!

Glad to hear the motus has worked well for you. I've now just passed the 2000km mark on it and still have nothing but praise for it. :)

Hi got a Motus 2 weeks ago and am at 200km. I am promising myself to write a review of it. Basically it will be hymn of praise . It is very comfortable, great brakes , the Bosch active 2 system is very refined. Altogether a premium product and makes travelling at approximately 26km / hr workable for an aged person, who is not very fit.
