201rpm is not bad all bad in 26" or above wheels.

My bpm I found was powerful with a 20a controller and was capable of 18/19mph in PAS 2, this was a front wheel drive and not as nice as arear wheel driven bike.

bafang use 15% difference between loaded and unloaded speed for their motors.

Here’s a speed graph of my commute home today. 22miles, battery fully charged to nearly flat in just over 1 hour. 36v q128c in a 700c rim, wound for the higher rpm. 22a controller I think, set to max current all the time
