I am hoping someone will be able to help me.
I have a Cube Reaction Hybrid with Bosch CX Performance Line motor and standard Purion display.
It was new last October with the new upgraded Bosch motor, and I have already done 100's of miles on it because I love it.
However, this week I notice after charging that it was showing a range on Turbo mode of 78 miles when it usually shows about 38 to 46.
More worryingly, when cycling the display shows about 10 to 15 mph faster than I am actually travelling (checked with Garmin).
Thankfully the 15 mph limit still cuts out at the actual 15 mph speed, not according to the Purion display, otherwise it would cutout at about 5 mph!!
But I would like to fix this asap and as the bike shops are closed I wondered if anyone had any suggestions of things to try.
Should I be resetting the Purion by removing he batteries?
Or should I try to get into the frame to disconnect the motor's battery?
I would be very grateful for any advice.
