how can I apply the gooey stuff in my tubes when they're not schraeder valves.
also can I get an adaptor to use a garage airline on said valves?

Some presta valves can have the ends unscrewed out, my schwalbe ones do. If so, unscrew the small nut right to the end, then carefully with a pair of pliers grip the small nut and the very end bit of body and slowly unscrew, being careful not to damage anything with the pliers gripping teeth.
