Not all bad then eh!

At least the summary appears to be written in an open minded way, I guess we'll have to see what comes of it.

Yes not bad, it is just that they seem to have problems throughout the classification system, not only with ebikes, at the moment and want to push it through as a job lot legislation, hence the delays.

Mmmmmm. Bulgaria, not the best to be associated with for such a statement, probably full of older vehicles and dirty two-strokes. We'd probably have had more notice taken if we'd made the statement alone.

Nice to know though that we are still concerned at supporting the underdog countries committing them to new rules they can not achieve.

You never know their support on other issues might be helpful in the future.

Politics don't you just love it:rolleyes:

I saw more ebikes on my holiday in Bulgaria than I've ever seen in the UK.

As for general car - very upmarket, including alot of sportcars (Lambos, Ferraris etc) - but then I was stayign in an area where 90% of the hotels are owned by the Russin maffia ;-)

Not in the countryside away from the resorts though, more peasant transport there.
