The bike has been assembled
I was charged £27 for the assembly. There were a few problems which have now been fixed. The mechanic gave the bike a full safety check and even took it for a ride and he was certainly impressed and couldn't believe that I only paid £250 for it.
I took the bike for a very quick ride and my God.... It was an absolute joy. Although it was too fast for me even at the lowest setting but I presume that's because of how light I weigh at 34kg. I would need to get used to it around the park before taking it out on the road.

If you get any weird noises or just aren't sure then feel free to post somewhere. Most common bike problems come from simple things being left.
Brilliant glad you got sorted out. We now need a big Northern pedelecs meet up to show off our bikes!
