a friend has broken there Throttle am i right in thinking that the black wire goes to black and the red goes to red green goes to white

i just need this checking do i need to swap the black and green wire around and if its the wrong way round will i blow it up

No, nothing will blow up when you got it wrong.

For reference Black are Gnd , Red are 5v and Gr/Wh are the signal wires.
