Didn't see any professional cyclists in there anyway. Just for reference the guy that won yesterdays stage of the Giro d'Italia was putting out 1470W during the sprint at the finish.
We know unrestricted ebikes are faster than non powered bikes as even pros struggle to put out more than 350-500W for any length of time.
