I did 21 miles on my Batribike Folder on Medium Assist today and still had half my lights left , so no battery degradation since my last check in the Summer . I was surprised to see a large patch of primroses on a North facing slope with a hedge behind them preventing any Sun reaching them . I circled the old RAF Station at St.Athan and the two Canadair CL 215 Water Bombers of Buffalo Airways from Hay River , Northwest Territories , Canada were outside the old VC10 hangar . This has been taken over by Bruce Dickenson`s ( Iron Maiden for Lynda ) Cardiff Aviation and he is looking after them for the Winter . He flew one back from Turkey where they were based . Pity they hadn`t flown them the other way for the poor Aussies . With the first dry weather for months I have done over 40 miles in 2 days , all in my new Lidl Skiing Helmet . I expect other Forum Members would have taken advantage of the dry weather to go for a ride too !
