Not kph.

The law has two speed limits for mobility scooters:

4 mph on pavements, 8 mph on roads.

Some machines have a 16mph mode for euphemistically named "Off Road" circumstances.

Wow, 16mph... seems a lot of momentum. Another good case for anticipating being kicked in the head, and wearing my jawguarded bike helmet with evidence gathering GoPro when in pedestrian mode.

High pressure has at last started to move off into the Atlantic. Now we have more typical wind and carbon free electricity generation. Much better than the last fortnight or so.

Now we can look forward to cold winds from the Arctic from the big low over Norway.

That's for pedestrianized shopping areas; they aren't road and they aren't pavement so they must be 'off-road'.
