Thanks, got it all put together and it still seems to be going the same slow speed, Could there be anything else that might cause this?? Was thinking maybe there is something else wired wrong like the three phase motor cable??, Also the pas sensor is working but seems to be very intermittent,

The KU series controllers are fully automatic. Try leaving the hall sensor connector disconnected to see how it runs.

Thanks d8veh, quick question, I'm wiring in the brake sensors now, on the ku65 its black for gnd and yellow for signal but both wires coming from my brakes are blue and red, Which one of these is the signal wire red or blue??

It's only a switch, so they can be either way round.

It's when you have the three wire brake sensors that it matters.
